The minimum number of people per booking is 2 adults. We don’t group solo travelers into small group tours.

We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time of the private tour (local time). To cancel your reservation, please contact us by email with your full name and reservation number.

Yes, we can pick you up at one place and drop you off at another place. This service must be requested prior to the tour.

Note that depending on the pick up and drop off location an extra cost may be charged.

Your luggage will be safe in the van during the tour. 

We can definitely go on tour even if it’s raining!

Our tours operate all year round, so don’t worry about the rain. In this climate, rain showers are quite common, especially during the rainy season from June to October. However, these showers pass by quickly, so we can still proceed with the tour. Just remember to bring your rain jackets and umbrella with you.

Now, when it comes to snorkeling or swimming activities in the ocean, there are a few things to consider. If the waves are too rough and the local authorities have closed the seaport, then we will have to cancel or reschedule the trip. This applies to activities like swimming with turtles and reef snorkeling.

On the other hand, if we’re planning to visit cenotes, those underground caves are actually the perfect place to go when it’s raining! The rain doesn’t affect the snorkeling experience in the caves, so it’s still a great option.

Lastly, if the weather conditions are unsafe for any reason, we will have to cancel or reschedule the tour. Rest assured, we will notify you of any changes due to the weather by the day before your trip at the latest.
